Your class. has been instrumental to me reaching my fitness goals. . The focus on core work helps in all other exercises you’ll do. Additionally, Dan Walker’s style and positive approach to motivating you in an encouraging way to push yourself helps you to succeed. As some of us aren’t young anymore and sometimes can’t do certain exercises or if you have a temporary injury, Dan always has a work-around to keep you fully engaged in class.  

My experience training with Dan was beneficial, creative, and enjoyable. Dan’s martial arts training provided a unique way to work in flexibility and strength that I have never experienced before. Workouts continued to be different and fun which makes you want to come back for the next session. 

I  have been working out with Dan for about 6 years. As a senior (70 years old) it’s important that I work with a trainer who recognizes that we all have individual goals. In my case I wanted to improve my flexibility and increase my capability to continue to play golf. By emphasizing core strength not only has Dan helped me improve my ability to perform day to day tasks but I have a better understanding of how to avoid injury. 

Almost 2 years training with Dan Walker, my fitness journey has been changed for the better. I already have a base in weight lifting and doing martial arts, but with Dan’s expansive knowledge on exercise science and Muay Thai, I’ve been in the best shape in my life.  

I immediately saw results when I started training with Dan. He genuinely enjoys teaching and he is truly an expert in his field. Because of Dan, I’m in the best shape of my life and I have a new passion for fitness.
